Simply scrumptious sunny cous cous salad.
1 cup of cous cous
1 cup of butter beans
2 cups of garden peas
1 red chilli
1 garlic clove
Creamy violife cheese
In a mixing bowl pour one cup of boiling water over cous cous and leave to sit for 5 min. To this add deseeded pomegranate, beans, peas, seeds, chopped chilli and half a garlic clove crushed.
Combine all ingredients.
Add the dressing:
Squeeze of lime juice and agave
Finish off with a few pinches of art of zen foods creamy violife cheese and enjoy!
