Breakfast banana split vegan style. Beyond delicious and oh so pretty
1 banana sliced in two.
Oats soaked in almond milk, cinnamon and maca.
1 kiwi sliced
1 scoop of coconut yoghurt mixed with acai powder
Pumpkin seeds
Desiccated coconut
Pomegranate seeds
And finished off with a choc sauce: coconut oil, agave and raw cacao melted.
Mmmm….
I picked up 3 of these banana split bowls in a charity shop for €1! I just love them.
