Baked potato with the works!

Epic baked potato alert! Nicest sharing brunch I’ve had in a long time if I do say so myself.

Baked potato stuffed with tofu scramble, guacamole, balsamic, garlic and thyme mushroom and onion mix, beets blitzed and seasoned with lemon juice, cumin, salt and garlic, a little slice of oven roasted tomato, spoon of violife creamy, basil leaves, pine nuts and pomegranate pomegranate seeds.

No real recipe here just a little construction. Delicious
