Mixed nuts
Cress
Combine ingredients on a plate and drizzle with pesto.
For the pesto:
Mint leaves
smoked olives
Salt/pep
Mixed nuts
Olive oil.
Blitz together and voila.
5 minutes to a heavenly bowl of goodness.
