Vegan brunch rolls

Jus-Rol pastry helping me food cheat and look fancy since 199…. well for a long time.

Quickedy quick little vegan brunch rolls. I filled them with Moodley Manors vegan bacon that I just sautéed in a pan. I added a strip to each pastry piece along with a dollop of messy guacamole and a few spoons of leftover tofu scramble.

I rolled them up and popped them into the oven 180c for 20 min. A nice creamy side salad and a scoop of chilli and you have the most simple brunch/lunch around.
